They say women can have it all - but at what cost?

We tackled one of the most debated questions in modern work and life.

Our panelists didn’t hold back, and neither did the audience. But something unexpected happened – our male audience stepped up. They didn’t just listen; they spoke.

They shared their struggles with traditional masculinity, the pressure to be providers, and how they, too, feel trapped by the expectations of the patriarchy. They voiced out what many don’t often hear: Men want to be part of this conversation, but they don’t always know how.

So, how do we create more spaces for men to step up – not just as allies, but as active participants in reshaping the workplace, home, and society? How do we encourage conversations that don’t pit genders against each other, but instead, push for real change?

This was one of the most eye-opening moments of the night. Now, let’s keep the conversation going.
